The Apartments
Each one is furnished and ready to live in: an open living room and kitchen, a walk in shower, and a bedroom behind its own door. Linen and towels are provided, and housekeeping is arranged with the front desk.

The Building
The Benesan is a new building on Namibia Street in Bole, put up and owned by the family that runs it. Nothing here is a conversion. The apartments were drawn as apartments, with the power and the security planned around people staying rather than passing through.
Because the family is on site, decisions are quick. A request that would sit in a queue elsewhere usually gets answered the same day.
Location
Bole Medhanialem stands in full view from the building, and most of what you need day to day is a short walk from the door.

Questions
A deposit of 30 percent holds the booking, and the balance is due on arrival. Short stays can be cancelled free until 24 hours before check in, longer ones need more notice because they take longer to replace. The full terms are on our booking terms page.

Guards work in shifts day and night, entry is by key card at the front door and on each floor, and cameras cover the entrances and common areas.
